Assigned Off-site Workouts
Choose from two levels of training packages: Level One focuses on on-site workouts at our fitness center, while Level Two includes both on-site and off-site workouts.
For Level Two clients, these off-site workouts are crucial for achieving your fitness goals. Weekly workout plans will be assigned and entered into our TrueCoach mobile app, where your personal trainer will monitor your progress, analyze statistics, and make adjustments as needed based on your performance.
The DEXA Scan
Your training package incorporates a DEXA scan to gather essential data about your body’s lean and fat tissues, muscle mass, and bone density. This scan is a fundamental aspect of the package, providing an accurate assessment of your body composition.
