Before beginning our online personal training program, we require clients to train in person for a minimum of 10 sessions before training 100% remotely. This enables our trainers to find the best movements and weights for your needs.

When you first join SVA, we’ll conduct a complimentary power workout and introductory sessions where we determine your current fitness level and learn more about your life. Then we match you with a trainer who is the best fit based on your needs and goals.

Our trainers believe that a workout is only effective when it is being implemented and performed by the client in a meaningful way. It requires careful planning and a routine that is sustainable.
