Personally-tailored Training Plan

For this reason, your trainer will formulate a personalized training plan, taking into consideration factors such as your body type, current fitness capabilities, occupation, and the specific fitness objectives you are dedicated to achieving. With these factors and others related to your lifestyle, each session is designed to be productive, ensuring your training plan maintains the progress you desire.

Assigned Off-site Workouts

We offer two levels of training packages for our clients. Level One focuses on workouts at our fitness center, while Level Two includes both on-site and off-site workouts.

For Level Two clients, these off-site workouts are crucial for achieving fitness goals. Each week, these workouts will be assigned and entered into our TrueCoach mobile app. Your personal trainer will track your progress, review your workout statistics, and make any necessary adjustments based on your performance data in the app.

The DEXA Scan

A DEXA scan is a crucial component of your training package. It collects essential data about your body, including lean and fat tissues, muscle mass, and bone density. This is why we provide all of our clients with a monthly nutrition seminar led by a qualified registered dietician. They will address any queries you may have regarding following a suitable diet plan while training.

Creating a successful meal plan can be difficult for our clients who have busy lives and face obstacles related to their cultural requirements and commitments. These challenges can make it tough for them to maintain a healthy diet and receive the proper nutrition needed for training.
