Assigned Off-site Workouts
We provide our clients with a choice between two training packages. In Level One, the focus is solely on on-site workouts at our fitness center. Level Two, on the other hand, includes both on-site workouts and additional sessions for clients to complete off-site.
For Level Two clients, these extra sessions are integral to the training package, playing a crucial role in helping you achieve your fitness goals. Weekly workout plans are assigned and tracked through our TrueCoach mobile app. Your personal trainer will closely monitor your progress, analyze workout statistics, and make necessary adjustments to the plan based on your performance data in the app.
The DEXA Scan
