Assigned Off-site Workouts
Choose from two levels of training packages: Level One focuses solely on on-site workouts at our fitness center, while Level Two includes off-site workouts in addition to on-site sessions.
For Level Two clients, these additional sessions are crucial for achieving your fitness goals. Each week, your personal trainer will assign workout plans in our TrueCoach mobile app. They will track your progress, analyze your workout statistics, and make adjustments to the plan based on your performance data on the app.
The DEXA Scan
The DEXA scan is utilized to collect crucial data on your body’s lean and fat tissues, muscle mass, and bone density.
